Where are those individuals with courage enough to retool their thinking minds, upgrade their Thoughtware, and act outside of traditional behavior patterns to solve problems in new ways?
Believe it or not, one of them is reading these words right now. By Experimenting with S.P.A.R.K.s you learn wildly new forms of being with yourself and working with people in groups and Teams. If you have read this far, you can be certain that you already embody regenerative culture Spaceholding qualities, whether you know that about yourself or not.
These words would not interest you in the least unless you were willing to release the steel-hard grip of your mind on your reality. To read this far it must already excite you to learn that there exist Thoughtmaps for opening up access to new territories. By exploring those territories, you discover treasures which you can bring back and share with your people. As you seek new ways for your projects to be successful, you embody the Archiarchal definition of a leader: Leaders are the people who go first. Circular Teams are Navigated by Spaceholders who Cavitate new space in which to work... READ MORE
A powerful way to do S.P.A.R.K. Experiments is to Spacehold a weekly S.P.A.R.K. Experiment Team!
WHAT IS A S.P.A.R.K. EXPERIMENT TEAM
A S.P.A.R.K. Experiment Team is a free-to-participate gameworld that meets for 1.5 or 2 hours each week at the same day and time (for example, on Thursday night at 7:30pm) with up to 12 people, online or in your own living room.
S.P.A.R.K.s are Transformational, and you are the Spaceholder. By creating a S.P.A.R.K. Experiment Team, you Build Matrix for upgrading your Transformational Space Navigation skills.
Through regular participation, many valuable Thoughtware Upgrades will occur in a S.P.A.R.K. Experiment Team, and huge healings and breakthroughs are common.
Here is an article written by Clinton Callahan called Where Are The New Leaders? which may give you some further inspiration about holding space for a S.P.A.R.K. Experiment Group.
HOW TO RUN YOUR OWN WEEKLY S.P.A.R.K. EXPERIMENT TEAM
Here is a mini-codex for a S.P.A.R.K. Experiment Team.
Showing up in the physical or online space at least 3 minutes before the space is scheduled to begin. If someone is late they are asked to try again next week.
Meeting once per week is the optimum meeting frequency. Twice a week does not give time for changes to integrate or for Possibilitators to practice the new Distinctions or Skills. Waiting to meet once every two weeks is too long, and the energy of sustained Practice is lost.
1.5 hours is the recommended length of time for a weekly S.P.A.R.K. Experiment Team.
A maximum of up to 15 minutes can be used at the start of a Team Meeting for Reports of results of Experiments tried during the interim days, sharing what was Noticed, what changed, what New Results were created, what modifications of the Experiments are recommended.
Then either the Spaceholder or a volunteer from the Circle reads the DISTINCTION and the NOTES sections of the S.P.A.R.K. using Memetic Speaking. It is important that a S.P.A.R.K. is not read from the mind for other minds, but that instead, each word in landed in the Space and in the participants' 5 Bodies. It is important that people are impacted by the words.
Any resistance, confusion, Reactivity or Ah! Hah! moments are shared in the group for consideration.
It is important to hold the S.P.A.R.K. Experiment Team Space such that it is NOT a Process Space. There are many other Spaces in the Possibility Management gameworld that are specifically dedicated to being Process Spaces (such as EHP Dojo, or Possibility Coaching). This is a Research and Discovery Space, and a space for Experimenting.
There should be a designated Scribe and a designated Time Keeper in the Space to help with Space Navigation and Space Holding.
When an actual Experiment is described, it can either be practiced in the whole group, in breakout groups of 2 or 3 people, or in daily life during the week. Using Team intelligence to provide hints about what works and what the others could try to make their Experiment even more effective can be very helpful.
Please announce to everyone that you have a S.P.A.R.K. Experiment Team at the Possibility Management Events Telegram Group. This gives you a chance to connect with other amazing Possibilitators and Experimenters from around the world, and it gives others a chance to participate in your S.P.A.R.K. Experiment Team even if they have scheduling difficulties locally.
